Ferris in Focus 2-26-20
This week’s installment of Ferris in Focus kicks off looking into Hope House Medical Clinic. We get insight from Medical Director, Dr. Tom Wright about the clinic as well as opinions from people such as volunteers like Abby Young, or patients like Kim Baker. Next up, Vernard Norris tells his story of heading into college, how he ended up becoming a Bulldog, and what motivates him to move forward. After that we have a segment of Program Spotlight on Math Minors. Victor Piercey, Associate Professor, gives examples of benefits a minor in math can provide. Ferris Asks follows it, asking students what they are looking forward to. Then we have College Kid’s Cars, with Jack Lilleberg showing off his 2001 Chevy Silverado. Finally wrapping up with another segment of Buy & Try, and then another fuzzy friend from Animals of the Arc, a 9-year-old dog name Puppy.
