We kick things off with a heartwarming look at TNR Mecosta in our “Big Rapids Life” segment. Then, we dive into the world of golf with our “Program Spotlight” on Ferris State’s Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program. Joe Hatch, the program’s director, proudly declares it the industry leader, and for good reason. As the first of its kind in the country, PGM sets the standard for training future golf industry professionals. It’s not just about hitting the green; it’s about managing golf facilities and developing essential business skills. The program is structured in three levels, each building upon the last, culminating in multiple internships that prepare students for a successful career.
College Kids Cars
“College Kids Cars” takes us for a spin with Justin Molloy’s impressive 2015 Ford Mustang GT. This isn’t your average Mustang; Justin has decked it out with a range of modifications, including RTR grilles, a chin spoiler, a stripe wrap, hood vents, a GT350/GT500 Track Pack spoiler, and a full Corsa exhaust system. Under the hood, it boasts an S550 Coyote 5.0L V8, Airaid cold air intake, Stainless Works headers, and a custom tune.
